Our Directors

Tom and Marie have been married for over 30 years. They are both retired and both have the passion to see marriages and family life not just endured but enjoyed!
Having experienced a life-changing seminar with Craig Hill (FFI founder) and his team in 2002, they were mentored into the ministry by Peter and Janet Leggatt. Embracing the call on their lives to this ministry, through encouragement from close friends and fellow ministers of the gospel, they sensed a renewed passion, after participating in a School of Ministry Coordinator Training (SOM-CT) in Hawaii in 2018. For the last 20 years, they have been serving families across the Caribbean and Canada as a part of Family Foundations International (FFI). They are currently the Directors of Family Foundations Caribbean.

Tom has served in the British Royal Airforce and has a background in Aviation spanning over 50 years. While Marie has been in the medical profession for over 40 years.
